Keep Walking

This game follows a woman making her way home alone at night. Something is following her. The game’s goal is to emulate her fear, panic, and doubt.

The constant possibility of violence against women creates a hostile environment almost everywhere. Because violence is only addressed after it happens, she lives in fear.

An unnamed woman is dropped off at a bus stop on an dark, empty street. When the bus leaves, she is alone with her low-battery phone and must walk home. She notices a sound and a shadow somewhere behind her.

Player must hold a key to walk forward. They are occasionally given optional prompts such as “look back”. The camera restricts visual information, and most information is through audio cues.
